Rotary Club Meeting

Kristiina Hiukka is Finland’s Honorary Consul for Washington, Montana and Idaho. She works as a leadership and team coach, a trainer of coaches, and an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Bothell.

Finnish by birth and based in Seattle, her worldview has been shaped by living and working across Finland, Sweden, Ireland, and the United States. In her consular role she connects people in governments, businesses, and communities as well as notarizes documents and organizes voting and passport renewal opportunities for Finnish citizens.

Kristiina sits on the board of the National Nordic Museum and is Secretary of the Board of the Consular Association of Washington. The President of Finland decorated her with the title of Knight of the Order of the White Rose of Finland for her decades of volunteer work on behalf of Finland.
