Pamela Quadros serves as Vice President of Partnerships for the Seattle Sports Commission, where she cultivates strategic partnerships that advance the organization’s mission of promoting inclusivity, economic growth, and equity through sports.

Throughout her career in media and sales leadership, she has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, developing impactful partnerships, and championing philanthropic initiatives through decades of community service.

The Seattle Sports Commission is a nonprofit organization dedicated to positioning Seattle as a premier sports destination. The organization has helped bring world-class events to the region, including MLB All-Star Week, the NHL Winter Classic, NCAA Championships, and is playing a leading role in preparing Seattle for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Through signature events such as the Region Ready Summit, Women in Leadership Breakfast, Seattle Sports Commission Golf Open, and the Sports Star of the Year Awards, the Commission brings together business, civic, and sports leaders to celebrate and strengthen the region’s vibrant sports community.

Working with professional sports franchises, colleges and universities, youth organizations, civic leaders, and corporate partners, Pamela is passionate about harnessing the power of sports to drive economic opportunity, foster community connections, and create a lasting legacy throughout the Pacific Northwest.
